We are committed to assessing the environmental impact of current and likely future operations and continuously seek to improve environmental performance.

We endeavour to reduce any pollution, emissions and waste produced by our graphic design business.

We plan to reduce the use of all raw materials, energy and supplies.

We aim to raise awareness of environmental matters through our business practices.

We expect similar environmental standards from all suppliers and contractors.

We assist customers to use products and services in an environmentally-sensitive way.

Transport

All staff are encouraged to regularly cycle to work or take public transport whenever possible.

Suppliers are sourced locally whenever feasible.

Recycling

We recycle paper, card, and magazines wherever possible.

Used printer ink cartridges are donated to charity for recycling.

Old graphic design equipment is either sold or donated to charity.

Materials

The Drawing Room use sustainable or recycled paper where appropriate. Recycled stationery paper, envelopes and other office supplies are currently being phased into use.

We recommend clients to use sustainable or recycled paper where appropriate.

We encourage the use of environmentally friendly products.

We encourage economical use of resources.

Energy

Computers and printers default to energy saving mode when idle and are turned off when not in use.

Ethical

We encourage the use of Fair Trade products.

We aim to treat everyone equally and with the same attention, courtesy and respect.

Review

A regular review and assessment of the policy is made every 6 months.
